Do you work with private clients as well as businesses?
Yes. Most of our volume comes from professional clients — law firms, collection agencies, insurers and lenders — but we take individual matters too. If you need to find someone for a personal reason, see locate a person.
Do you have panel or volume arrangements?
Yes. Ongoing and volume work is priced per file, well below individual matter rates, and can be scheduled against your own placement or claims cycle.
Can you invoice as a disbursement?
Yes. Fees are fixed and confirmed in writing before work begins, so the amount can be quoted to your client and billed on without variation.
My sector is not listed — can you still help?
Almost certainly. The underlying work — locating people and businesses, serving documents, establishing asset positions — applies across property, government, utilities, telecommunications, membership organisations and professional services. Tell us what you need.
